Integrative therapy is a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the individual client's needs. With an understanding of human development, integrative therapy modifies standard treatments to fill development gaps that affect each client differently. By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy is a flexible and inclusive approach to treatment.


Jaime is a PhD in Social Work and Social Care candidate. She obtained her Master of Social Work at Arizona State University (USA). Jaime is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, EMDR Canada, and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
